* Cancel print job: This is done via the tray icons where you will see an icon of a printer or can be done in windows control panel under Printers and Faxes. Click on your printer and right click on the job, then select "Cancel Printing".
* If your prints have horizontal lines, white spots or are lighter than usual it could be a sign that the print head is clogged, this usually happens if you haven't used your printer for a while. * If vertical lines are out of sync or jagged this means that the print head is out of alignment. This happens over time when in constant use. You should be able to recalibrate within the printer utility tools.
