How to Print Without a Color Cartridge?

color carteridgeMost computer inkjet printers use two kinds of ink cartridges: black and color. If you print pictures or other colorful content, your color ink cartridge will wear out much faster than the black ink. This, however, does not mean that you can't print without the color cartridge. It simply means your content can only be in black and white with a absence of color.

Instructions

1. Open up the document you want to print.
2. Click "File," followed by "Page Setup." This brings up the print options window.
3. Click "Sheet" in the new options window. From here select "Black and White."
4. Click "OK" to approve the changes, then click "Print" to print the document in black and white.
